Board of Directors

Progressive Farm Credit Services is comprised of three organizations.  Progressive Farm Credit Services, Agricultural Credit Association (ACA) is the holding company, with two subsidiaries: Progressive Farm Credit Services, Federal Land Credit Association (FLCA) and Progressive Farm Credit Services, Production Credit Association (PCA).

The three organizations are jointly managed and share the same group of knowledgeable staff members and the same 8 member local board of directors, 7 elected by the members (borrowers) and 1 board-appointed "outside" director. The 7 elected directors are fellow Southeast Missouri farmers and PFCS customers. The board-appointed outside director, by regulation, cannot be a customer of the Association.

The Board of Directors sets Association policy and provides direction to management; however it does not make credit decisions on individual loans.  The Board meets every month to review operating results.
